Finding Specific Journal Articles using the Library's On-line Catalog

There are times when you already have the citation for an article (name of the journal, date, volume, etc.). You do not have to go to a specific database like ERIC to retrieve the article. The easier and faster way is to go to the library's on-line catalog.
Here are the steps you would take if you were looking for the following article -
“Keeping Good Teachers: Why It Matters, What Leaders Can Do” by Linda Darling-Hammond in Educational Leadership, v60 n8 p6-13 May 2003.
